Yes. If your property sits vacant between reservations, we offer light refresh or “tidy” services to ensure your home remains clean, dust-free, and welcoming before the next guest arrives.
What happens if a guest leaves the property in poor condition?
Should a property require additional attention beyond a standard turnover, we will notify you immediately. Our team is equipped to perform deep cleaning services to restore your home to proper condition prior to the next arrival. Additional services are billed accordingly and fully documented.

How do you handle lost or damaged items discovered during cleaning?
